Ariel has 22 years of experience in architectural planning and project management and execution. His experience was accumulated working for top architectural and project management firms.

Ariel joined Moore Architects in 1999 and has been part of MYS Architects ever since its establishment, working on a wide variety of projects in all areas. Ariel was responsible for planning large-scale, complex projects from preliminary planning to execution. Ariel specializes in planning commercial and office buildings, and recently also residential projects.

 

 

Select Projects at MYS:

 

IAF Towers, Tel Aviv, Israel

Team leader in building the Air Force HQ in Tel Aviv's HaKirya IDF compound. The complex includes two 20- and 24-storey buildings with supportive structures, lecture rooms, dining rooms and auditoriums accessed from a secure area in the IDF compound, over a total area of 103,500 sq.m. Work included coordination with the Canarit administration and the Margolin Bros. firm which managed the project.

The project was completed in 2008.

 

Residential Building at Elite Junction, Ramat Gan, Israel

60-storey residential buildings with 296 apartments and underground parking over a total area of 40,000 sq.m. Currently in planning stages, construction is scheduled to be completed in 2016.

 

Yes Planet, Ayalon Mall, Ramat Gan, Israel

Adding 15 movie theaters above Ayalon Mall, including a fast food area and connection to the existing mall building, over a total area of 8,000 sq.m. The project was completed in 2007.

 

Yes Planet Rishon LeZion, Israel

Planner in a project including a complex housing 26 movie theaters and conference hall with underground parking and a restaurant building. Located near an artificial lake in the city of Rishon LeZion, the entire project spans an area of some 14,000 sq.m. It was opened to the public in 2012.

 

Delta City Mall, Belgrade, Serbia

Commercial and office project over an area of 240,000 sq.m. with three commercial floors, two elliptic towers with three office floors each and an 80,000 sq.m. parking area.

 

Recital Tower, Tel Aviv, Israel

Concept Design for a 22 storey, 22,000 sq.m office building located at the northern arm of Tel Aviv's CBD. Will Be Completed in 2017

 

Gindi Tel Aviv, Israel

Concept Design for that features a combination of housing with commercial and cultural zones.

It includes ten residential buildings that consist of 780 apartments, combined with a shopping center, sports and recreation centers, a school and a museum, 60,000 sq.m. The design corresponds with the White City of Tel . . Will Be Completed in 2015.
